Bungalow Extension
A complete bungalow rebuild with additional en-suite and main bedroom mezzanine. The extension was a timber frame with a steel central support to allow for a vaulted ceiling.

Demolition of a pre-existing 1950s single storey side extension, replaced with a two storey side extension and a front porch, adding a much larger third bedroom with an en-suite.
